 1.     Do you accept insurance?

Dr. Neier does not accept insurance.  She is happy to provide you with any documentation you need to submit for out of network benefits.

 2.     What does a visit cost?

Please call for more information regarding consultation fees.

3.     Do I need a primary care physician?

Dr. Neier is available for consultation and follow up only.  You will need a primary care physician and other treating physicians as appropriate.  She would be grateful to communicate with your primary care or specialist providers but is providing consult services and recommendations only.

 4.     Do you sell supplements, vitamins, etc?

Dr. Neier does not directly sell any products but can give you recommendations for appropriate sources as needed.

5.     What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment?

Please complete and submit all paperwork at least 48 hours before your appointment.  This will allow Dr. Neier to review your information and have the most comprehensive visit possible.

6.     What forms of payment do you accept?

Dr.Neier accepts cash, credit card or check.

7. What happens if I need to miss an appointment?

Given the current circumstances with COVID, there will be no charge for missed appointments.

8.     What happens during an appointment?

Dr. Neier will listen to your story.  She wants to hear everything that you think is important.  She will also ask questions about your past medical history, current symptoms, family history and lifestyle.  She will then provide appropriate recommendations and referrals. Dr. Neier continues to spend time helping you after you visit ends. She will continue to research appropriate therapies and follow up with you with additional recommendations.

Dr. Neier may be available for home visits if you are unable to be seen in the office.
